                Pre-plot lines and their status, binning grids, current vessel positions and historic tracks, location and description of obstacles, restricted zones and other features such as isobaths, as well as the addition of user-specified overlays. Logged events with positioning attributes can also be mapped

                Comprehensive event logging system
                Universal events log where different users can input records related to their duties (navigation, recording, mechanical department, bridge, party manager, HSE advisor, client reps, environmental advisor / MMO). The project dataset builds from the bottom upwards in a robust manner avoiding errors. All events are time-stamped by the system and Maestro can automatically calculate any required meta data e.g. duration from SOL to EOL

                Easy set-up and control of crew changes and personnel transfers. The system includes a self-service function using QR codes for on and off-signing crew. Personnel can update their details, upload medical and training certificates, change Next-of-Kin (NoK) information etc. as well as accessing crew change details and joining instructions. The crew planning function enables ready access to current crew information / Personnel On Board (POB) and future crew lists

                All functions are available through a browser installed on your PC, laptop or tablet. The data exchange is made through the HTTPS and WSS protocols.

                System functions can be set and configured to user requirements.
              • Flexible but secure access
                Individual and/or group access permissions can be set in a versatile manner for example by discipline function or by location within a desired network or even to an isolated server.
              • User-friendly interface
                Simple, intuitive front-end. Additionally, Q-Help and hints are provided for assistance and guidance.
              • Flexible data collection
                Allows the user to define the scope and volume of data to be collected. The system uses SI units and can automatically handle any conversion of units (e.g. bars to psi) or indeed any mathematical operations on data values.
              • Manual and automatic data inputs
                Data can be entered into the system by different methods as appropriate. Records can be created manually but also MAESTRO.mas can read in data from other systems e.g. navigational data, weather station data, map information etc. Attributes can be easily imported to the system through an exchange network.
              • Default records pre-set
                Routine records (events, daily reports etc.) are available through system pre-sets. This reduces data entry typing, saves time and reduces keying errors.
              • Self-service functionality
                The system allows you to define personnel, for example your contractors, who have access permissions set to enter information to the database through the self-service function.

                All data collected in the project database is available for comprehensive analysis. System generated reports, with any required statistical analysis, can be compiled for a specified period, stakeholder or vessel.
